Refunds & Returns Policy

At Luxe Serenade, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Our returns and refunds process is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free. Below are the guidelines for returning items and obtaining refunds:

Return Window
You have a 30-day period from the purchase date to request a return. After this timeframe, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Shipping Charges

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your product is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to send it back.

Defective or Damaged Products
Should you receive a damaged or malfunctioning product, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange for a return at no extra cost. Once we’ve confirmed the issue, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees that were originally charged.
Returns for Change of Heart
If you no longer wish to keep your item, please ensure it is unused and in its original packaging, and return it within the 30-day window. Note that you will need to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund you for the product cost, excluding the shipping fee.
Refund Process
After your returned item has been inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Keep in mind that it may take a bit longer for your bank or credit provider to post the refund. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days from our notification, please contact us at support@luxeserenade.com.
