What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged?
When your order arrives, please examine the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—even if it’s just to the box—make sure to note it while signing for the delivery. Should you be unable to inspect the contents at the moment but suspect damage, simply write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If you later find that an item is damaged, please email us clear photographs at support@luxeserenade.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
