What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you observe any damage to the package or the product itself, please note it on the delivery receipt. If you suspect damage but are unable to inspect the package immediately, mark the receipt with “suspect damage.” Then, promptly send us photographic evidence at support@luxeserenade.com so that we can arrange a replacement or provide suitable compensation.
